Standard Ceiling Fan and Controller Replacement– include a straight swap out of the existing wall fan and no patchwork to cover existing is needed, a ceiling fan can be accessed with a 6-step ladder, obstacles underneath the fan and no fan extension rod;

Additional Fan(s) charge in 15-min block of labour needed at $36.00ea (after the 1st Fan)
