• Key Collection from a different site
• Moving furniture to gain access underneath the indoor unit (approximately 1-meter clearance is needed)
• Repairs or troubleshooting for a fault
• Special access equipment is required E.g scissor lift/harness
• All units are on the same site and service in the same site visit
